滨州学院专科毕业设计（论文）
上菱模具厂车间供配电系统设计
摘要
本工程分为以下几部分：第一部分为车间负荷计算，通过对负荷的计算来确定所需变压器型号和一次接线方案。第二部分为短路电流计算，计算短路电流对车间变电所一次设备和进出线选择至关重要。第三部分为二次回路设计，二次回路对一次回路的运行进行控制、监测、指示和保护。本工程中所涉及二次回路主要包括控制和信号回路，电气测量回路与绝缘监视回路。第四部分为车间配电线路设计。优良的车间配电线路是车间用电设备稳定运行的前提。通过各设备的额定容量得到计算电流，再选择合适的断路器型号和导线截面型号。第五部分为车间照明系统设计，充足的照明时保障车间正常安全生产的前提。关键词：负荷计算一次系统二次回路变压器
