沥青工程专项施工方案
一、概述北国路、北阳路位于金阊新城内，北国路南接已竣工的虎池路，向东北与北阳路相交后和312国道相接，长约660米；北阳路西起阳山东路，向东南接至北国路，长约390米，道路全长约1050米。长泾塘河南岸驳岸工程西起阳山东路向东南和北国路相接，两侧总长7256米。本道路按城市次干道Ⅱ级标准进行设计，设计车速V30kmh。道路为单幅式横断面型式，路幅总宽25米，混合车道20米人行道225米。根据规划，在各交叉口的进口道侧，分别向外扩宽渠化一条35米车道。道路沥青层结构为7cm中粒式沥青（AC20C）、4cm细粒式沥青（AC13F）。二、施工前的准备1、技术人员的准备为了保证本合同段施工优质、按期、高效的完成，所有施工技术人员采用选拔、考核的方法选定。组织培训学习，通过对多年收集整理的相关资料熟悉、了解，并对市政的各项施工规范及标准学习掌握，确保本工程施工质量。2、技术准备（1）对施工图纸，设计文件的熟悉和审查：在技术准备阶段，组织参加施工的技术人员和施工员对设计文件作进一步的深入了解和研究，对很好的完成工程具有十分重要意义。
