摘要
本文研究了利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取薰衣草精油的工艺，研究不同因素对产率的影响。薰衣草在室温下，研究液料比、蒸馏时间和浸泡时间对精油提取率变化的影响，通过分析试验来探讨最佳工艺条件。结果表明：在液料比方面，随着液料比的增加，精油提取率出现先增后减的现象。在浸泡时间和蒸馏时间方面，随时间的增加，精油提取率也出现先增后减的现象。综上所述，液料比116，蒸馏时间1h，浸泡时间1h为最佳条件。关键词：薰衣草；精油；水蒸汽提取
