摘要
本住宅楼电气设计为毕业设计，其目的是通过设计实践，综合运用所学知识，理论联系实际，锻炼独立分析和解决建筑电气设计问题的能力，为未来的工作奠定坚实的基础
本设计题目为：南郡天下小区27楼电气设计。本设计说明书主要阐述了居民住宅楼各系统电气设计的设计依据、原则和方法及设计选择的结论。本论文共包括七章内容，前五章主要包括强电部分设计；第五、六章主要包括弱电部分。
强电部分主要内容包括：低压配电系统、照明插座系统及防雷接地系统的设计。其中主要有照明灯具和插座系统平面图布置，相关设备的选型，根据房间的不同照度要求进行了照度计算，并根据计算结果结果选择出合适的灯具。另外还对供配电系统和防雷接地系统进行了设计。
弱电部分主要内容包括：有线电视、电话以及网络系统等设计。本次设计完成图纸共22幅其中手工图1张），其中设计说明、图例1张，强电平面图及系统图15张，弱电平面图及系统图6张。关键词：低压配电；照明；插座；有线电视；电话
