毕业论文热熔压敏胶的合成与性能研究
摘
要
热熔压敏胶是以热塑性聚合物为主的胶黏剂，它兼有热熔和压敏双重特性，涂胶时必须将胶加热熔化（一般为150—200℃），在熔融状态下进行涂抹，冷却中固化，固化后施加轻度指压就能起到粘接作用。它的应用范围很广，目前已用于尿布、妇女用品、双面胶带、标签、包装、医疗卫生、书籍装订、表面保护膜、木材加工、壁纸及制鞋、标签纸及地毯粘接等方面，也可制作纸基或布基的胶黏带，其中，包装用HMPSA消费量最大，几乎占总量的一半，是无溶剂型压敏胶黏剂中发展较快的几个品种之一。本文针对热熔压敏胶的初黏力、持黏力、剥离强度三大压敏性能进行研究，目的是设计研究出一种具有一定初黏力，一定剥离强度，较强持黏力的热熔压敏胶，在这个基础上，最好能具有耐高温性能。
