要
温度的测量和控制对人类日常生活、工业生产、气象预报、物资仓储等都起着极其重要的作用。在许多场合，及时准确获得目标的温度是十分重要的，近年来，温度测控领域发展迅速，并且随着数字技术的发展，温度的测控芯片也相应的登上历史的舞台，能够在工业、农业等各领域中广泛使用。温控系统通过传感器检测温度将温度数据输入到处理器处理，可以在数码管或LCD等显示出来。然后由控制器可以控制加热或者制冷，从而达到控温的目的。本毕业设计就是利用STC89C52单片机和DS18B20温度传感器对目标温度进行检测，使用了单位数码管对检测到温度的显示，通过串口和上位机进行通信，利用VB软件显示温度数据，从而对各空间温度进行远程实时监控，使用LED灯闪烁进行模拟加热和制冷。本文对各部分的硬件原理图进行了分析，还对各功能程序进行概述。通过51单片机控制DS18B20检测温度，具有硬件电路简单，编程容易，测温准确，稳定等优点。而且可以多点检测（本毕设只是单点测温），几个传感器连接也很简单。
