摘
要
卧式绕线机主要是用于电动机、电器绕组的制造，是电压器制造企业的关键生产设备之一。它可以解决绕组在绕制过程中对绕制速度、启动特性、线圈恒张力控制，实现排线架的运动速度与主轴的转速按照一定的函数关系变化，实现同步控制。通过进行文献检索、企业的产品收集，对卧式绕线机的基本整体结构、功能需要进行总结分析，对国内外的卧式绕线机的发展现状进行了深入的了解。本文对卧式绕线机的主要机械结构进行了深入详细的设计并进行了强度的校核，其中对主轴、蜗杆蜗轮减速器以及带传动、链传动进行详细的设计。同时，除了机械传动的设计外，还另外对卧式绕线机的电气控制系统硬件组成也进行了设计及PLC梯形图的设计。通过对绕线机整机机械结构的设计以及电气控制系统的设计，基本能够达到预期的设计要求，符合机械结构的强度需要，实现了卧式绕线机的恒张力、自动排线、自动调速、排线的制动以及主轴制动的功能。
