要
机械制造技术课程设计中，我们学完了所有的大学基础课程，专业基础课和专业课后。这是进行毕业设计之前，我们在深入学习各科课程的总复习，但也有理论与实践和培训。因此，这两年我们的大学生活中占有极其重要的地位。我拨叉的设计，零件图，毛坯图，夹具装配图纸，工装夹具零件图。必须先熟悉零件，拨叉部件，拨叉的作用的理解，然后根据各部分的性质和在端面粗糙度来确定毛坯的尺寸和机加工余量的零件图。然后，我们将确保粗糙度的基础上，最后确定拨叉的工艺路线图，工件装夹方案的发展，绘制夹具装配定位基准，确定良好的基础。就我个人而言，我希望通过这次课程设计自己的未来将从事的工作进一步进行适应性训练，我希望在设计中可以锻炼自己分析问题，解决问题，检查能力，为今后的工作打下良好的基础。由于能力有限，也有许多不足之处，希望老师指导。关键词：拨叉；工艺过程；夹具；设计
