要
中小企业已成为我国经济建设中最有活力的源泉，在促进经济增长和扩大就业等方面发挥了极为重要的作用。然而我国中小企业普遍面临着融资难的问题，融资难已经成为中小企业进一步发展的障碍。本文试图通过分析目前中小企业债务融资的现状、面临的主要困难以及引起这些困难的原因结合理论与实际提出相关建议来充分发挥中小企业在国民经济中的积极作用。解决好中小企业的债务融资问题非常重要，决定着企业能否健康发展、壮大。
