要
当前，我国人民在解决温饱问题后转而开始关心健康问题。医院的管理工作日益重要，但现实生活中，作为医院核心管理工作之一的财务管理工作却出现越来越多的各种问题和弊端。随着医院经济的市场化和医疗市场竞争的逐渐加剧，医院财务管理在医院整体的经营管理中的重要性日益突出，其不仅涉及医院的财务管理部门，更渗透到了各级的科室单位和医疗服务的各个环节之中。因此，根据医疗市场的变化，不断的加强医院的财务管理，提高财务管理的水平，对于医院领导者进行科学决策，确保良好的医疗工作秩序，保证医院的健康蓬勃发展，具有非常重要的现实意义。文章针对当前医院财务管理工作中存在的预算管理工作不规范、内部控制制度远不能适应市场经济管理的要求、成本控制能力薄弱、财务人员分析能力等主要问题进行深刻分析，并提出了切实可行的对策。关键词：医院财务管理；成本管理；预算管理；内部控制；对策。
