摘要
软件项目管理系统是为了使软件项目能够按照预定的成本、进度、质量顺利完成，而对人员（People）、产品（Product）、过程（Process）和项目Project进行分析和管理的活动，系统包括项目基本信息管理、软件模块管理和软件缺陷管理等功能。
本系统必须在增加基本信息之后才能增加软件项目信息。基本信息包括项目类型信息、项目状态信息、模块状态信息和模块缺陷信息等。后台数据库采用Access，前台开发工具采用VisualBasic。
本系统采用比较流行的ADO数据访问技术，并将每个数据库表的字段和操作封装到类中，从而成功的将面向对象的程序设计思想应用到系统设计中。这也是本系统的特色和优势。
软件项目管理系统将以需求为管理核心，任务为管理内容，质量为管理指标实现项目过程的管理。项目从需求建立为开始，由任务来跟踪需求完成的进度，用质量管理来考核需求完成的标准，系统可实现需求到任务，任务到质量的完整管理，以追溯管理的方式实现项目过程的完整管理。
