t来华留学教育在提高我国软实力的进程中发挥着重要作用，也是当前我国教育走向世界，建设世界一流高水平大学的重要途径。留学生数量的多少、层次的高低成为衡量一所高校国际交流水平的一项重要指标。近年来，来华留学生的规模不断扩大，成为来华留学生群体中除语言类别外的第一大群体，并呈逐年增长态势。提高医学英语授课水平，提升教学效果及留学生质量，任务十分紧迫。但目前我国来华留学生临床医学教学国际化水平还不够高，教师英语授课能力还不够强，在留学生全英文教学中尚存在较多的问题，作者根据自身在华中科技大学同济医学院从事来华留学生医科教育的经验，总结了其中存在的典型问题，并提出了相应的解决思路。1留学生教学的典型问题11生源质量不高发达国家，医生地位高，医学教育是精英教育，各国的高等医学教育对生源质量有着严格的要求。而我国对外招生比较晚，
