摘要
我国民营企业的融资环境，在经过了对民营经济认识不断加深、政策力度不断加大的几个发展阶段后，已取得了不小的进步，但与民营企业强劲的发展势头和日益增长的融资需求相比，发展仍显滞后，还需要进一步完善。该文拟通过对中国民营经济融资环境的分析并针对其存在问题提出若干对策建议希望对优化民营经济融资环境的工作有点借鉴意义以推动中国民营经济持续、快速、健康发展。全文由三部分组成：第一部分民营经济及其融资环境的概述；第二部分析民营经济融资环境存在的主要问题。该部分从民营经济融资方式的分析入手，详尽阐述了中国民营经济融资环境存在的主要问题。文章从企业融资的内部环境和外部环境入手。从分析中可以得知：我国中小企业融资环境的现状可概括为融资渠道单一、融资手段缺乏，优化中小企业融资环境已成为目前经济发展中迫切需要解决的问题。文章依据中小企业融资环境的基本理论，分析影响我国中小企业融资环境中存在的问题，提出了优化我国中小企业融资环境的对策。
