f摘要
球面零件广泛的应用于机械行业以及其他与机械相关的行业，但是球面零件的加工往往被生产厂家视为难题。能够完成球面零件加工的车床普遍价格昂贵，结构复杂，维修困难，这使得生产效率低下。生产厂家普遍采取改装通用车床的方法来加工球面，但受原始设备的条件限制，以及对车床改装的不合理，加工出来的球面在尺寸精度上和表面质量上都达不到要求。本文对现有的车床用球面切削装置进行分析，总结其优缺点，进而整理出装置的工作原理和可行的技术方案，进行装置的设计以及三维建模等工作。力求让所设计的装置能够达到结构简单、拆装迅速，使用方便、通用性强，能够加工各种规格的球形零件并满足尺寸精度及表面质量的要求，生产成本低并易于制造。
