械、液压、电气三个方面,设计了汽车变速器实验台,完成汽车变速器的下线检验。实验台中设计了输入轴驱动和输出轴驱动装置。输入轴驱动正拖)完成在不同档位时的变速器性能检测;输出轴驱动反拖)进行不同档位换档测试。输入端电机转速调节由变频器来完成,输出端电机转速及扭矩设定通过伺服系统实现。通过电气控制系统控制输入端电机、输出端电机反复动力切换,来实现模拟汽车工况。同时,该实验台中设计了液压系统用于控制变速器的装夹、向变速器内注排润滑油、输入端离合器的脱开闭合、输出端尾座的进退;传感器系统及仪表完成输出轴扭矩、输入和输出端转速、油温等项的测量。本实验台结构简洁合理,功能齐全,操作方便,具有一套精密完整的数字显示系统。其性能稳定可靠,能够满足生产检测要求。
