立式辊磨机的选型和结构设计摘要
立式辊磨机是利用料床粉碎原理进行粉磨物料的一种研磨机械。本课题是为了适应现代水泥工业的发展需求，满足水泥生产线所需要的粉磨能力而对MPS磨的开发研究，使之与日产3000吨的水泥工艺相适应。本次设计主要根据立式辊磨机的实际生产情况来确定设计的型号，进一步对立磨的主要结构进行设计和结构分析。力求简单、方便、耐用，保证磨机具有较高的粉磨效率而且要能随时根据物料的磨蚀性对粉磨条件进行适时合理的控制与调整。在此基础上完成立磨主要结构零部件磨盘和磨辊等的设计以及主要受力部位的强度校核任务。本次设计既要保证磨内料床的形成使物料有效地烘干和粉磨又要保证有效地进行粉磨后的物料分级且输送合格的成品或半成品。使之满足水泥生产的要求。
