要
随着经济全球化的发展，世界各国之间的贸易往来日渐频繁，俄罗斯作为中国的第一大邻国，中俄两国之间的商务旅游，不仅关系到双方国民经济收入和外贸交易额，对于中俄两国国家的友好往来更有着不可忽视的重要意义。本文针对中俄商务旅游活动进行研究，深入的了解了中俄商务旅游活动的现状及特点，并归纳出目前俄罗斯、中国以及双方在贸易往来中存在的制约中俄商务旅游发展的问题。并且针对这些问题，提出了促进中俄商务旅游发展的建议，主要包括：加大开发旅游资源的力度，推出主题商务旅游路线；加强基础设施建设，这需要中俄两国共同努力，并肩作战。
