摘要
单斗液压挖掘机作为完成土石方开挖的主要施工机械设备，已广泛用于工业与民用建筑、交通运输、水利电力工程、矿山开掘以及军事工程等机械化施工中。当今挖掘机的生产向大型化、微型化、多功能化、专用化和自动化的方向发展。液压系统在挖掘机行业中具有极其重要的作用。本文对力士德SC330机型液压系统进行了详细的研究。第一章，介绍挖掘机的概况、国内外挖掘机技术及行业发展、分类以及工作工况，然后又介绍了液压系统的概况。第二章介绍了系统液压泵，主要介绍了泵功率的调节及泵的变量分析。第三章、第四章分别对回转系统和行走系统的工作原理及细部动作原理进行分析。第五章，对挖掘机液压系统进行了工作总结。关键词：挖掘机，液压系统，变量分析，工作原理
