基于PLC的矿井提升机变频调速控制系统设计摘要
本文主要设计了矿井提升机的变频调速系统以及PLC控制系统。通过对矿井提升机调速系统要求的分析，说明了采用变频调速的重要性。在对各种变频调速方法的分析比较后，选择采用交流变频调速，然后选择变频器的类型，并按调速系统要求设计了变频器的外部电路。通过对其电控系统各类故障处理的要求，选择采用可编程控制器（PLC），并对可编程控制器进行选型。考虑到实际生产中可能出现的问题，合理的设计可编程控制器（PLC）的外部电路，并在此基础上对可编程控制器（PLC）程序做出初步的设计方案，为了保证可编程控制器（PLC）的可靠工作，将其系统抗干扰措施也设计在内。本文只是初步理论设计，并未应用于实践，在应用于实践前必须对其进行实践验证。关键词：矿井提升机，变频调速，变频器，PLC
