1总则
101为规范民用建筑物内电线电缆的设计和使用，使电线电缆的选
择做到安全可靠、技术先进、经济合理，防止电线电缆引起的火灾，减
少电线电缆在火灾中造成的人身伤亡和财产损失，保证消防设备电源线
路在火灾中仍能适时维持其完整性，制定本规范。
102本规范适用于新建、扩建及改建的民用建筑内10kV及以下供
配电线路、控制线路的电线电缆设计信息传输线路电线电缆设计
可参照执行。
103建筑物内的电线电缆设计，除应遵守本规范外，尚应符合国
家和重庆现行有关规范及标准的规定。
