纳米碳与吲哚菁绿荧光导航联合在乳腺癌前
哨淋巴结活检中的应用价值探讨

【摘要】目的：研究纳米碳与吲哚菁绿（ICG）荧光导航联合在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结（SLN）活检中的应用价值。方法：选取2015年6月2016年12月本院收治的临床腋窝淋巴结阴性乳腺癌患者122例，根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组，各61例。对照组行ICG示踪，观察组行纳米碳联合ICG示踪。两组患者均行前哨淋巴结活检术，并将手术切除的前哨淋巴结进行术中冰冻与常规石蜡以及免疫组织化学病理检查。结果：观察组检出率及平均检出数量均显著高于对照组（P005）。观察组转移SLN检出率略高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P005）。年龄、临床分期、原发肿瘤部位、注射部位不同患者的检出率对比，差异均无统计学意义（P005）。结论：纳米碳联合ICG示踪应用于乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检术中，可有效提高SLN检出率与检出数量，有利于降低漏诊率与误诊率。
