大学生依恋类型与孤独感相关研究

目的：本研究通过了解和研究大学生依恋类型与孤独感之间的关系，有助于广大教育工作者提高对大学生依恋类型与孤独感的认识与关注，有针对性地帮助大学生排解不良情绪反应，提高个体的情绪调节能力。方法：以某些学校200名大学生为研究对象采用成人依恋量表（AAS）、UCLA孤独感量表对他们的依恋类型和孤独感进行评定分析。结果：大学生依恋类型以安全型为主；孤独感处于中等水平；大学生孤独感在性别上差异不显著；大学生孤独感在专业上差异不显著；大学生不同依恋类型孤独感存在显著差异。结论：大学生依恋类型与孤独感之间存在显著负相关。
