摘要
随着科技的蓬勃发展，现在已进入高速发展的信息社会，企业也在寻求借助信息技术来提高产能和效益的途径，而有效管理企业各类信息就是其中的重要一环。通过信息技术的提升，来完善企业信息体系数据库，依托网络来实施信息化管理，是企业推进信息化建设的大势所趋。本文设计的公司管理系统采用xampp平台下的PHP语言结合MySQL数据库开发BS架构，使用最流行的服务器端脚本语言PHI并以与PHI良好匹配的MYSQL数据库为本系统的数据库，Apache作为本系统的服务器，实现小型企业办公无纸化和企业内部通讯，对员工实现方便快捷管理，以及日常办公记录。人工公司管理效率低下，不能及时了解公司各个部门的工作日常和员工的需求，不能更好地适应当前的员工要求。虽然绝大部分公司己经有了自己的企业管理系统，但多数是采用CS架构的，不能基于WEB管理，即便如此我国各类中小型企业中仍有相当一部分公司管理还停留在人工管理的基础上。
