求的流化床反应器数据,这些参数即为流化床的实际参数。确定流化床的各项参数后,再确定流化床内部构件的设计,主要有换热器的设计和内部构件的设计。查文献可得选用列管换热器,根据热量衡算得到换热器的换热面积,列管参数。构件主要有气体分布器和挡板的设计,由流化床设计参数可得。再选择流化床的附件,主要有支座及管材的选择,支座可以通过流化床的高度,流化床的直径来确定流化床支座的类型及参数。管材的确定主要通过床层填料及床层压力来确定。最后在设计计算的基础上进行流化床的机械设计,确定了流化床的壁厚,封头厚度,流化床反应器质量负荷等参数。
根据计算设计出流化床反应器,确定流化床的流化速度为01494ms和高度为113m,确定膨胀的比为11716,床层直径为32m,空隙率05732,流化床压降为39507Pa,换热器理论传热面积为2056m2,多热油质导量为396kg,换热管数为52。关键词:流化床;设计;反应器;参数
