摘要在现代社会，质量问题已经成为越来越重大的战略问题。建筑工程项目是一项量大面广的社会系统工程，其质量的优劣直接影响到国家经济建设的发展。建设工程项目的质量控制是贯穿于项目实施的全过程，只有确保工程质量达到了有关验收标准，才能杜绝“豆腐渣”工程的出现，才能保证国家和人民的财产安全，才能为企业赢得声誉。同样工程质量管理的水平不仅影响到企业的经济利益与竞争能力，也能反映企业的精神文明建设的状况。项目管理是有关知识、技能、工具和技术的应用，用以管理以项目为导向的活动，来满足和超过客户的期望要求。项目管理是一套原则和惯例，它用以有效管理以项目为导向的工作。为实现创新的管理。所以，建筑工程的质量管理尤为重要。本文以阳平关镇子龙新区建筑工程项目为例，介绍了项目质量管理的基本理论，并对质量控制的一般过程进行了分析。关键词：建筑项目；施工；项目质量管理AbstractI
