前言及研究背景：现实的生活中，我们时常的会遇到各种各样品类繁多多的假冒伪劣产品，它们不同程度的伤害着我们消费者的身体心理健康，同时也很大程度的影响市场的变化，从而影响我们的经济发展水平。因此，打击假冒伪劣商品十分的刻不容缓！我们小组选这个作为研究性学习的课题，想通过这样的机会来学习认识假冒产品和预防方法。提高我们的生活技能，抵制假冒产品！

假冒伪劣商品犯罪是许多国家市场经济早期发展阶段出现过的一种社会现象，是市场经济发育不够成熟阶段的一个怪胎。人类与假冒伪劣商品犯罪作斗争已经有了一二百年的历史，至今仍在继续。我国正处于向市场经济过渡时期，目前假冒伪劣商品犯罪现象十分严重，已成为影响我国市场经济正常发展的一大障碍。同假冒伪劣商品犯罪作斗争将是摆在我们面前的一项长期而艰巨的任务。一、假冒伪劣商品的表现形式“假冒商品”是指假冒他人产品的产地、厂名或者代号的商品；“假商品”是指商品名称与商品质地不符，以假充真的商品r
