21世纪以来随着全球经济一体化、信息化进程不断加快我国政治、经济、文化也得到高速发展。各大中小企业、国企、私营企业贯彻落实了对内改革、对外开放的基本方针。树立科学的发展观以人文本发展理念在社会主义市场竞争中不断开拓进取更新发展理念、优化人力资源切实提高企业核心竞争力。然而受到2008年全球金融危机影响各行业领域在经营管理暴露出诸多问题主要体现在管理理念陈旧、经验模式单一、欠缺企业文化、缺少高级管理人员等严重制约企业进一步发展。本文运用文献资料法重点对企业核心竞争力展开深入探究分析我国企业管理模式的现状和存在问题并提出相应优化策略切实推动我国企业切实提升核心竞争力平稳、向上走向可持续发展道路。
