论文题目控制权市场与融资决策分析

自上世纪50年代以来，公司融资决策问题逐渐成为当代金融学研究的热点问题。公司融资行为是现代金融体系的微观基础，在货币的传导机制中具有十分重要的地位。公司融资决策不仅受宏观经济政策环境的制约，更直接地反映了影响公司决策的内部制约因素。在公司运作过程中，控制权的拥有者可以通过影响其他人的行为而获得控制权收益，控制权配置会影响到公司总体价值的最大化。在发达的市场体系中，公司股权可以自由流通，其控制权市场比较完善的、，但是在我国企业非流通股占据了很大的一部分，控制权市场无法发挥其应有的作用，这在一定程度上也是由于我国上市公司内部控制权配置不合理引起的。
